High-quality ingredients benefit those with digestive problems like gluten intolerance, leaky gut, bloating, or celiac disease. They help break down hard-to-digest foods such as beans, legumes, fats, starch, proteins, and dairy, assisting in nutritional absorption. As we age, our enzyme production declines; thus, everyone over 35 should consider taking digestive enzymes. Personally, I've felt significantly better since starting this product 15 years ago.

Disappointing product

Not as effective as cheaper alternatives; I am quite disappointed. This product does not perform as well as other brands that are half the price. Even when I take three capsules, I still experience gas. I consume a lot of beans, and this product is not aiding in digestion. It's unfortunate, as I had high hopes for Garden of Life enzymes. I will return to a previous product, where only two capsules per meal were required, yielding better results.
