Caused headaches
9 people found this helpful
This vitamin seemed promising, but unfortunately, it made me feel unwell and caused headaches. I conducted extensive research and chose it for its natural ingredients to help with morning sickness. However, I struggled with nausea from three tablets a day. The hard capsule is challenging to take, especially when I feel sick, and it leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.

No more headaches

This prenatal supplement paired with DHA has been exceptional. During my initial pregnancy months, I continually suffered from headaches with a different vitamin. Switching to these Garden of Life vitamins eliminated my headaches completely. I suspect it provided the nutrients I needed for myself and my baby. Our baby is now healthy and thriving, and I would choose this brand again for any future pregnancies.

Migraines stopped
3 people found this helpful
These vitamins are fantastic! I’m not currently pregnant but plan to be soon. Since I started using these, I notice less stress and improved focus. Remarkably, I no longer suffer from headaches. Previously diagnosed with migraines, I've experienced a drastic reduction in their frequency, and they've stopped altogether. I'm overjoyed! Although the brand doesn’t overtly claim to prevent headaches, the magnesium they contain appears to be effective.

Headaches frequent
2 people found this helpful
I felt unwell while taking these prenatal vitamins since pregnancy began. I observed that I felt better on days I skipped the vitamins – no nausea or headaches. After several tests, I concluded those vitamins were causing my symptoms, including nausea and headaches. I hope others consider pausing if they feel unwell too.

Headaches and burps

Unfortunately, these prenatals caused me persistent, intense headaches and left me burping. With pregnancy nausea, vitamin-induced burps are particularly distressing! I switched to another brand and no longer experience headaches or burping.

Headache relief
I took these from the third trimester until the end of lactation. After forgetting to order and not taking them for two weeks, I had a headache for a week. Upon taking them again, my headache went away immediately.

Good composition and quick delivery. The capsules are a bit large, but swallowing isn’t a problem. They have a pleasant citrus taste. I've been taking them for ten days and have more energy; headaches stopped, and my mood is excellent. I recommend them for fitness or diet.
