We conducted a thorough evaluation of how vitamin C, when combined with pleuran, impacts asthma control and respiratory issues in children suffering from perennial asthma. The study was meticulously designed as a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial involving 230 children aged 7 to 17 years. This means that neither the participants nor the researchers knew who was receiving the active treatment or the placebo, ensuring the findings were reliable.
The results were promising, especially for children under 12 years. They showed significant improvements in asthma control compared to those receiving only the placebo treatment. Meanwhile, older children (12 years and above) experienced fewer respiratory infections with the combination treatment. Overall, by the end of the 48 weeks, a majority of children on the pleuran and vitamin C treatment reported better asthma control compared to those on the placebo.
While the combination of pleuran and vitamin C was indeed beneficial for managing asthma, we must note that the study did not specifically isolate the effect of vitamin C alone on allergies or asthma. An invaluable water-soluble vitamin, vitamin C is predominantly found in fresh fruits and vegetables. As it doesn’t accumulate in the body, it's essential to consume daily. For children from three years in Russia, the recommended dose is 40-50 mg. Five puffs provide 60 mg, which is convenient, and my children enjoy the taste. It hasn’t caused any allergies; I highly recommend it!

Child-friendly solution
This format is exceptionally convenient! My 4-year-old is wary of pills or gummy vitamins, but he enjoys this spray. It's an ideal solution for us. I administer it several times daily (up to four sprays). It has not caused allergies, and I've noticed an improvement in his eating habits since we started.

The organic Vitamin C spray is very convenient for children! I've given it to my daughter, starting from six months, alongside iron. It works wonderfully! The dosage is small for adults but perfect for small children, and it did not cause allergies. The taste is very pleasant!

The Vitamin C spray is far more convenient than drops. I found it a bit sour with an orange aftertaste but it did not cause allergies in my daughter. Although the bottle is small (58 ml), only one spray is sufficient, making it last quite a while.
