We evaluated how D-Pinitol affects allergic rhinitis (AR) in a controlled study using mice.
By sensitizing BALB/c mice with ovalbumin (OVA), we created an AR model. After giving treatment groups various doses of pinitol or montelukast, we found that higher doses of pinitol significantly reduced symptoms like sneezing and nasal discharge.
Notably, it also balanced specific immune responses typically seen in allergies. However, montelukast showed clearer results in some areas, indicating that while pinitol is promising, more research is necessary.

Good vitamins! I purchased these again for a child with a neurological condition. I gradually increased to one cabbage a day and took them for a month with magnesium. They did not cause any allergies. I highly recommend them.
