We examined the effects of vitamin B12 injections, combined with folic acid, on 38 patients with myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), also known as chronic fatigue syndrome.

Participants were split into "Good" and "Mild" responders based on their improvement. Good responders reported greater progress with more frequent injections and higher doses of both supplements.

However, for Mild responders, the improvement was limited, suggesting that while there is potential for benefit, the response can vary widely among individuals. Overall, further investigation is needed to explore optimal treatment strategies.

I absolutely love this supplement. I chose it for its natural ingredients and the fact it doesn’t contain excessive B6, which can lead to neurological issues. It has significantly increased my energy, improved focus during workouts, and alleviated fatigue. The quality is outstanding.

A solid choice for those wanting a well-balanced vitamin complex, I took it to combat chronic fatigue syndrome and stress. It’s reassuring that it contains not only vitamins but also probiotics and enzymes for better absorption. The vegan capsules are easy to swallow, and I've managed stressful situations better since taking them.
