Vitamin B deficiency leads to rash
Twin Premature Infants With Riboflavin and Biotin Deficiency Presenting With Refractory Lactic Acidosis, Rash, and Multiorgan Failure During Prolonged Parenteral Nutrition.
High relevance to deficiencies
We explored the effects of riboflavin and biotin deficiencies in premature twins, who initially presented with skin rashes among other severe symptoms. After being diagnosed, one twin began supplementation with these vitamins.

Remarkably, this led to a quick improvement in clinical condition and laboratory findings within days. Though one twin experienced tragic complications resulting in death, the surviving twin went home in stable condition, highlighting the importance of addressing vitamin deficiencies early.

Pellagra linked to isoniazid exposure
Isoniazid-associated pellagra during mass scale-up of tuberculosis preventive therapy: a case-control study.
High relevance to health outcomes
We looked into how isoniazid exposure affects the risk of developing pellagra—a condition characterized by a distinct rash—among nutritionally vulnerable populations in Malawi. Our case-control study suggested that taking isoniazid significantly increases this risk.

Interestingly, those who discontinued isoniazid and began a treatment regimen of multi-B vitamins experienced noticeable improvement in their rash within just 30 days. This emphasizes the potential benefit of incorporating niacin when administering isoniazid, particularly in populations at risk for nutrition-related issues.

Adverse reactions
Ambiguous impression. My husband and I began taking these vitamins together. After about a week, he experienced frequent heartbeats and felt unwell, with urine colour changing to yellow; he turned yellow (the skin changed). Tests showed he had elevated B12 levels, which I didn’t have, but I experienced severe skin issues, with numerous rashes appearing. We later realised we were taking a large dose; following the recommended amount, we ended up with a whole can left, which is now daunting to open.

Boosts vitality
Good. A jar of 60 capsules lasts, and I take 1 capsule daily in the morning. These capsules do not cause discomfort (unlike others that resulted in rashes and dermatitis). This complex certainly provides energy, lasting until the evening. I might consider taking 2, but honestly, I fear large dosages. I recommend it.

No side effects
It is daunting to consume B group vitamins with side effects highlighted (allergies, rashes), but not these! They are somewhat magical: they calm like an elephant and alleviate joint and back pain. Stress? Not for us. I recommend it to everyone; the effects and benefits are apparent. I will keep purchasing.

Effective alternative
If pharmacy B vitamins don’t suit you, try these! They are exceptional! I was anxious about potential side effects, yet there were none. Regular synthetic B vitamins cause rashes (the skin gets sore with acne). If you face similar issues, I strongly suggest these vitamins. They are the only ones suitable for me, improving my health and energy levels. My hair also stopped falling out so noticeably.

No synthetic problems
Perfect! I love these vitamins. Good dosage, all-natural, boosting energy levels without side effects. I experience rashes and anxiety from all synthetic B vitamins, but these do not create such issues. I’ve bought them twice and even ordered them for my parents. I will purchase more.
