Good for adrenal fatigue recovery.
I got them to help with my adrenal fatigue. For anyone interested, my current supplement regiment is daily multivitamin, licorice root powder, adrenal support supplement by Gaia and a drop of nascent iodine on the wrist in the day time. For the night time, this B complex, another dose of adrenal supplement, vitamin D, Vitamin C, and magnesium. Something is definitely working. I am able to sleep better at night, am able to do cardio exercises again, have fewer anxiety attacks etc. I do recommend these, especially if you have adrenal fatigue. Edit: March 2023 I've gained much more knowledge since I last wrote this review. The correct way to supplement is actually Vitamin B complex in the morning on an empty stomach, Vitamin D, adrenal fatigue supplement/adaptogenic herb and multivitamin in the morning with food. Vitamin C megadoses broken down into 3-4 doses throughout the day, preferably on an empty stomach (which is hard for me as it gives me acid Reflux, so I take it with food). I don't know when is the ideal time to take licorice for adrenal fatigue, but I used to take it in the AM after breakfast, and it worked well.
