This is my favourite probiotic of all time. I've been using it for about two years and always keep it at home! It has done wonders for me. I mix a cap in a shaker with some stinging nettle leaf powder, Psyllium Husk, and sunflower lecithin, add water, shake, and drink.

It works well for me. The only problem is that it costs me seven a day to manage my condition, which adds up to quite a hefty sum. Symbiotics Colostrum delivers a similar result at a more affordable price for me. That being said, this is the best probiotic I have ever tried compared to others, including Dr. Ohira's professional probiotics.
