This made a probiotic believer out of me.
I was never into probiotics. But I now live in Asia and travel alot. So I wanted a more "reliable" stomach. These really work. No more running for the bathroom every time I eat greasy food. Yogurt only worked a little, and I'm not supposed to eat too much sugar as Diabetes runs in my family. I also seem to have more consistent energy throughout the day. Not really more energy, just more even, less peaks and valleys. I can't speak for any other health benefit, but I feel better most days than vs. before taking them, and my stomach is more "reliable" with all my travel and with almost anything I eat, no matter how daring. I take one first thing in the morning with water on an empty stomach, and feel its a required part of my daily routine now
