Gave me horrible Acid reflux
I suffer from leaky gut and acid reflux for many years. As usual, my GI never helped, put me on Nexium after several endoscopies. I consulted a Naturopath and adopted a low carb, alkaline lifestyle which has reduced my symptoms by 95%! Three key things, apart from alkaline lifestyle and restful sleep, that helped me were: 1. Designs for Health GI Revive Powder, 225 Gram 2. Essential Blend Digestive Enzymes- 180 count 3. Probiotics I have tried several probiotics so far! 1. Multi-Strain PROBIOTIC (by InnovixLabs). Broad Spectrum - 26 Diverse Probiotic Strains. 10,000,000,000 Live Cultures at Expiration. Gluten-free. 60 Delayed-Release Tablets. Was pretty useless for me, did not help at all! Got me bloated, resulted in loose stools. After using for about 3 months, just gave up and felt better once I stopped! 2. Garden of Life Primal Defense ULTRA, 90 Capsules This was possibly too strong for me! Gave me horrible acid reflux 3. Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics Professional Formula - 60 Capsules 36g This was one of the most effective probiotics I've used, definitely helped with reflux, bloating, and in general gut health. Was totally useless 5. Prescript-Assist Probiotic - 60 Caps This s the BEST probiotic I've used so far! In 2 days, reduced my reflux, bloating, and stomach discomfort. I've been using it for 2 months now and definitely feel it's made a great difference to my digestive health. I have some concerns as some bloggers suggest not to use these long term, but when I wrote to the company, they suggested long term use should cause no harm. Eventually, I am planning to reduce use to twice a week. This product has the most unique strains across various other probiotic products in the market. Key thing for Probiotics to work is to make sure to use good Pre-biotic so that the strains have something to feed on. The best and natural Prebiotic is the Kiwi fruit.
