I take Chelated Bio Zinc with my husband since the start of quarantine, and we haven't fallen ill. It’s made from brown rice with added vegetables, probiotics, enzymes, and vitamin C, improving the formula. I also used it when experiencing pelvic pain, likely from a cold, and after taking two capsules in the morning and evening, the pain disappeared. I encountered no stomach issues.

I struggled to identify the cause of my stomach pain until I realised it was due to this supplement. However, zinc did help with maintaining my sense of smell during coronavirus, which is often a sign of deficiency. I had to discontinue its use due to the discomfort.
