I purchased this zinc for my teenage daughter to combat acne. Within just two weeks, the effects were excellent, with rashes significantly reduced unexpectedly quickly. No effect. I took it together with vitamins from the same manufacturer but did not notice any improvement. Perhaps it was cumulative, yet the rash on my face remained quite noticeable, even after three months of finishing the course.
