It doesn’t spike her blood sugar, and she loves the chocolate flavour. It’s ideal for insulin-dependent diabetics, helping to keep her blood sugar levels stable.

This shake has worked wonders for my diabetes. I've lost 6 inches in my waist and hips, and 15 lbs, while bringing my A1C from 7.5 to 6.1 in just 4 months! I admit I replaced more than one meal, but they were quite filling. I did switch to plant-based protein after too much Whey, but overall Glucerna is fantastic. I only encountered one bad box of 12 out of many orders.

This should not cost more than £10 per 6 bottles - charging more is theft. I love these shakes - they truly make a difference in managing diabetes and weight loss. Currently, I'm on a plan prescribed by my endocrinologist to have 3-4 shakes daily alongside one healthy meal of lean protein and vegetables, plus a fruit snack. It’s working well, and I've lost 10 lbs in the first month. However, I bought two 24-packs in August for £37 each, with free Prime shipping, and now the price has skyrocketed. I drove to Walgreens and bought four 6-packs for £10 each instead.
