These shakes are fantastic for diabetics dealing with a lack of appetite. They have helped my husband, who has faced numerous health challenges, including diabetes post-kidney transplant. Before using these, he had lost significant weight, down to 130 lbs, but after about six months, he gained weight to 160 lbs. Now, he walks the dog daily. I highly recommend this product over any others we've tried before, as the taste is great!

Good to use when at work, especially during long 12-hour shifts when breaks for eating or drinking aren't possible. It's especially challenging with diabetes. Nurses care for others but often neglect themselves. This product is a lifesaver; when my blood sugar drops, I simply take half a bottle during my brief moments to grab a drink. I've lost weight on it too, which has helped reduce my A1C and blood sugar levels.

The taste is great, though the texture is a bit odd. My boyfriend has type II diabetes and sometimes needs a meal replacement. They help keep his sugars stable, but he needs more filling snacks alongside. They're best chilled; I prefer them over ice. There's something peculiar about the texture, yet when diluted, it becomes quite palatable. We favour the chocolate flavours, but this option is still very good. They're also super when unwell.
