This has changed my life! After decades of pain medication affecting my intestinal motility, a new doctor recommended it. It doesn’t cause issues with dependency as laxatives do. Now I'm "regular" after trying various things for constipation over the years. There’s no taste, and I add it to my evening tea without changing the flavour. Many don’t realise that OTC laxatives can disrupt bowel function, but this one doesn’t.

I can add it to coffee or oatmeal. Use it cautiously, as it can clear you out if taken excessively—follow the directions! It’s a better value than other products.

This has no flavour or grit! It was recommended by my doctor to help with constipation from opiate medications. It works effectively without the awful side effects you get from stimulant products. However, be cautious as taking too much can cause anal leakage. Follow the minimum dosage and be patient; sometimes, it takes up to three days.
