Stops heartburn effectively
Prilosec, or its generic Omeprazole, is unmatched for heartburn and sour stomachs. I’ve tried other acid reducers, but they often fail after dinner or fail to alleviate my heartburn during the night. Prilosec stops heartburn for a full 24 hours, though it may take a few days to reach maximum efficacy. Additionally, it aids in healing ulcers by reducing acid long enough for recovery. Although it can be costly, I often prefer the generic version. I recommend using it alongside aloe vera juice for ulcer relief. It works effectively, and I always have it at home, albeit disappointed by the lack of savings on the price.

While it's not for immediate heartburn relief, it’s excellent for long-term control. I’ve signed up for a subscription plan to ensure I never run out. I prefer the larger bottles to the blister packs, but removing pills from these packs isn't too difficult. Despite various brands, I’ve noticed that they all seem manufactured in Israel.
