I chose this barley grass juice powder because it tested lowest in heavy metals. After using it daily in my smoothies for a year, I haven't been sick with a cold, flu or respiratory infection. I feel less stiff and achy, my recovery post workout is faster, and I have more energy. I can't recommend it enough!
