Active bowel movements
Initially, I found it quite hard to drink this green juice with just water, but it became much more enjoyable when mixed with milk. Although I felt some embarrassment after drinking it due to increased flatulence, I noticed my bowel movements became more active. Currently, I am pregnant and have temporarily stopped drinking it, but I plan to resume after childbirth for my health.
