I love this barley powder; it tastes refreshing with cold apple juice. It gives me a sense of well-being, especially when I drink it before bed, as it calms and relaxes me. I sleep much more soundly and don’t wake up constantly. Plus, my face has cleared up, and my skin is smoother and not dry. I'll continue buying this from iHerb as the price is great.

fantastic, I love this product. I can always tell when I run out and don't reorder soon enough. For me, it acts like a tonic, just making everything better—sleep, skin, hair, alertness. My daughter has been taking it for her acne; although it hasn't completely cleared, she also knows when she runs out. I highly recommend trying it! Great price from iHerb.
