No belly bomb for this sensitive tummy & not sugary
I have been working out as an endurance athlete since I was 12 (30 years). When I go hard, esp. early morning, I can't really eat breakfast (not a morning person), which has been the bane of my training. This stuff is amazing for helping that issue. Not super sweet, like Gatorade or Powerade, so you won't want to guzzle, but the taste is just fine. Easy to mix, and alternate sipping this with water. No cramps, no belly bomb, helps my power and endurance (I think); has enough calories to fill the hole for sprint triathlons in the morning when coupled with a Bonk Bar (also easy on tummy). On par price-wise with a lot of other supplements, so can't complain much there. Those used to the "sweet stuff" might complain, but it's known in athletic circles that sugar increases thirst, so that stuff really should only be used post-WO/in an emergenc
