Can Health By Habit Immunity Supplement Help with Flu?

I have had two surgeries in 7 months, so I am trying to eat healthily and use products that will boost my immune system. As will do this for members of my household, especially as we start to head into cold and Flu season. This is a nice mix of Vitamin C, Echinacea, Elderberry, Ginger, and Zinc. The Ginger is great as it does double duty, as both something to help your immune system and if any of this is upsetting to your stomach, it will help with that. These are capsules that I find to be average to slightly smaller than average size. Especially for what is all in them. If you have trouble swallowing them, they might be an issue for you, but I didn't have any trouble at all. You don't need to take a lot of them. Each bottle is a 30-day supply (so two capsules per day). The one thing that I have a concern about is the bottle itself. It is super easy to open. I would not recommend this for a household with children in it. It is not childproof at all. They will see it as a toy or candy dispenser possibly depending on their age. The redeeming factor is that they are not chewable, so if a child were to bite into one of these, hopefully, they would not taste very good. I don't think a child would have an easy time swallowing one of these pills. You can still twist off the lid, and not use the dispenser, or put the pills into some other container if need be. I find that it twists very easily, and would be likely to spill
