I've taken it for a few months

I've been taking this for a few months now. It seems like I've gotten sick less. It has helped me to not get sick when my boyfriend comes home from business travel with a virus. No other side effects. Seems to boost my immune system. I also feed it to my horses to help them gain weight and assist with digestion. Their coats are nice and shiny and they are in good flesh. It seems to help my one horse with his allergies a bit. They've definitely gained weight and are eating less hay

Great Product!

EpiCor is a fermented yeast product added to animal feed made by Diamond V in Cedar Rapids, IA - about an hour from my home. Many years ago they discovered that the people working in the 'shop' were having fewer sick days than the people working in the office and not "exposed" to the yeast. After much investigating they found that it was the yeast that was creating healthy immune systems in the people in the shop that the office people were not being afforded! So, long story short, you can now buy EpiCor capsules for both adults and children. I have been taking it daily for 10 years and rarely have colds, the flu (and I don't get the flu shot!) etc. I am 81 years old. I called Diamond V to ask if it made a difference in the price paid by different companies and they said absolutely not!! - it all comes from them and is exactly the same capsule and that companies can set whatever price they want, but it is all the same! So I chose to pay the lowest price, obviously!

I swear by this!

I have taken Epicor for years on the recommendation of my doctor who did a lot of holistic medicine. He had seen the studies that led to the development of Epicor from a type of horse feed supplement produced in one plant where no one ever took sick days and he felt it was promising. I am almost never sick since I have been taking this and I now have convinced my husband to take it. Maybe this is coincidence but since I have no apparent side effects from it, it is a small price to pay for my peace of mind
