This really works to prevent colds or flu! A pharmacist recommended it, and it certainly does its job. At the first sign of a cold or sore throat, I take two immediately, then one each morning and evening until my symptoms clear. We don’t take it daily, just when a cold might be starting. It seems effective every time, as we’ve managed to avoid colds or flu all winter.

Unfortunately, it stopped working for me! I’d taken EpiCor for 15 years without getting a cold or flu. However, since I started this version, I've fallen ill. This year, I had a sore throat for a week that turned into a cold for another week, and now I have the flu. I’m disappointed and will return to my previous brand as it worked for me.

No more 6-week sore throats and colds! I've been taking Epicor for over 10 years. I’ve noticed a significant decrease in how often I get sick!
