I had previously read & researched about the dandelion roots prior to making the purchase. However, I want to leave a note here that its effect depends on the sensitivity of each person's body. I'm a pretty healthy person but my body is highly sensitive. I developed loose stools and started passing blood in the stools after 3 days of use. It took 2 days to settle down my stomach. Read More...The bottle doesn't tell you the dosage. I was confused on how many drops to use. The amazon description said 40 drops in a day, but that didn't make sense to me considering how small the bottle is. I added 10 drops to my drink and it was overpowering, so then i just started using a couple of drops at a time. I guess it helped some with water retention and digestion. I've been taking other supplements as well
