Goldenseal is superb when a cold or flu strikes. Use it for 2-3 weeks, then take a break for a week. I prefer it in winter as many around me fall ill.

Breathe Deep. Excessive coughing and breathing difficulties from allergies improved with continued use of this tincture. I noticed I could take deeper, fuller breaths without feeling restricted or congested. This will remain in our medicine cabinet.

Helps me sleep anytime my throat is sore. This product is excellent when applied to the back of a sore or nearly sore throat. It aids sleep; this version contains alcohol and stings badly on a raw throat, but that sting alleviates the pain. My doctor mentioned it's a natural antibiotic, which is useful for my work as I talk constantly. There's an alcohol-free version for children; I use it for my daughter, which helps her through the night when she has a sore throat.
