Goldenseal is superb when a cold or flu strikes. Use it for 2-3 weeks, then take a break for a week. I prefer it in winter as many around me fall ill.

Amazing! I started feeling sick and decided to take this as suggested. The next morning I woke up feeling like a new woman. Normally, when I feel this bad, it lasts for ages, but this time, it only lasted under 24 hours. I’m convinced this product played a part.

This stuff works like nothing else! If you have a cold and a stuffy nose, this is the product to try. The taste is terrible, but mixed with water, it works wonders. I recommend taking it twice daily if you’re sick for the first three days.
