Natural REALLY is better! I wish I had started using this sooner. Initially, I bought it for my toddler to combat colds, but it has been a miracle for the whole family. Being pregnant, I had to switch to a natural cold and flu formula. This year, I had only one cold, which lasted just a few days. Recently, we contracted the flu; despite having the flu shot, I believe this helped us avoid prolonged sickness. I started taking it on the day I fell ill, and after a rough day, I felt better. My temperature never exceeded 100, and I began to recover in under two days. It also helps with cough. My son started earlier and bounced back quickly. The flu is frightening, and black elderberry truly assists—it will always be in my cupboard.
