Nice quality - use with caution: not for pregnant women or children. We use this product sporadically as an immune booster. It works effectively if we feel a cold or sore throat approaching; the duration is shorter and less severe. The last time we used it (along with Oil of Oregano), our illness vanished within three days, aided by extra rest, and never escalated.

Prevents sore throat

Have not gotten a serious cold in over two years. Since I started taking Astragalus by Herb Pharm, I have been completely resistant to colds, which I used to have frequently. At times, the cold or sore throat comes with full power but leaves in record time. I really feel the difference in my immune system since taking this herb!
