My "Go To" immune system booster. I have taken this specific brand and type of Echinacea for at least 20 years. Whenever I feel a scratch in my throat or a mild headache coming on, I reach for Super Echinacea and take it under the tongue every two to three hours. By morning, no symptoms, no sickness. I have not had the flu or cold since the late 1990s. Echinacea, water and rest, this is my formula for keeping well. Be warned—medicine is not supposed to taste like candy, and this definitely does not. Let it sit under your tongue for a few seconds, swallow, and then drink some water if needed. Stay well!

Prevents colds effectively
Super Echinacea prevented me from getting a cold or flu for three years. Whenever I felt symptoms coming on, it would knock them out within a day. I took it at the first signs of a cold or flu. When I ran out for a month during flu season, I did get sick. I found that taking three dropper fulls every three hours was effective at stopping colds. To be convenient, I would pour orange juice into a water bottle and add the dropper fulls of Echinacea for the day, sipping it throughout the day. Herb Pharm's Super Echinacea is very concentrated, hence its effectiveness.

It works! Taking this product in a bit of water has kept me from catching a cold. I took it before getting on a plane, and when I arrived, my granddaughter had a new cold. I continued taking it morning and night and thankfully, didn't get sick. If I sense a scratchy throat, I take three squirts in some water, and by the next morning, it's gone. I love this product and won't be without it. It works faster than pills, too.

My daily immune booster. I teach senior fitness, so I must keep my immune system strong. Last winter, I took this two to three times a day and did not once catch a cold! This is unusual for cold Midwest weather, where many people typically fall ill during winter flu season.

Used preventatively when I feel tired or upon sensing cold symptoms, Echinacea (and golden seal) are incredibly effective. The key is using enough.
