Good Mullein drops are excellent for clearing the lungs. As a smoker, I notice the drops working within the hour. They do induce coughing, but I can breathe better. The ingredients are straightforward, the quality is great, and the size is just right. Although the taste is unpleasant, the benefits outweigh this.

Good alternative
A decent substitute for Mullein Lung Complex. If I run out, I use this. Although it doesn't deliver the same results or clarity in breathing, it still provides some help.
