Effective. I never leave home without it! We use this for any digestive discomfort such as indigestion, heartburn, gas, and more. It works exceptionally well for an upset stomach and digestive issues. I don't think we've ever needed more than one dose to resolve these problems. We always keep it on hand and wouldn't consider travelling without it.

This is great for acid indigestion; I can't live without it. I keep it in the fridge and add about six drops to 16oz of water so that the taste is barely detectable. It helps after meals that kick up some reflux.
