This is so helpful! It alleviates symptoms of gastroparesis, specifically nausea, bloating, and fullness. It seems to relax my stomach. The taste isn't great, but taking it 2-3 times a day before meals makes a huge difference. Nothing else has helped me as much.

Effective for nausea

If you feel like hurling is imminent, try this and all will be well. This is the greatest stuff on earth for GI issues. I get very nauseous from several medications I'm on, and if I'm about to pray to the porcelain god, I take a cellulose capsule (I use the Solgar veggie capsules) filled with peppermint spirits. Within 10 minutes, I feel much better. The peppermint spirits have never caused me any reaction, and I'm allergic to many things and have Celiac. A MUST HAVE in your medicine cabinet.

Great for an upset tummy! While on holiday, I started complaining of an upset stomach. My friend offered me peppermint, and within minutes of taking this product, my stomach issues resolved, allowing me to enjoy our trip again. I've also used it for car sickness. I highly recommend this product for anyone prone to GI discomfort or nausea.
