Great oil! I use oregano whenever I feel slightly unwell. A few drops multiple times daily always do the trick and prevent illness. Last winter, surrounded by individuals with colds or flu, I remained super healthy since starting to use oregano oil.

This oil is superior to standard Oil of Oregano tinctures. I have tried various brands of OOO that were straightforward tinctures. After reading the reviews for this one, I decided to try it, finding the spirits to be more effective. I've bought a second bottle since and it's become one of my go-tos upon feeling a cold coming on.

Good stuff. I’ve used this for four years and haven’t had a cold. However, after running out at the end of 2016, I caught two colds in February. Once I added it back to my diet, I felt good again.
