Great for skin issues. I read about the benefits of castor oil for skin conditions and ordered it as a cream. After just a week, it has proven excellent for reducing the little bumps on my face. I occasionally use organic extra virgin coconut cream/oil with it. Although it feels oily, my skin absorbs it eventually, or I can wipe off the excess. At present, I apply it twice daily.

I heat castor oil, apply it on my chest for 3 hours for 3 days, then alternate to my stomach at night for the following 3 days. Since starting this routine, the pain in my chest has stopped, and my PMS symptoms have lessened significantly.

Cold pressed castor oil worked wonders. I used the oil for pain and inflammation related to my foot; however, a patch of eczema on my big toe knuckle, which had persisted for years, was completely gone after 4 days! Now, the skin on my foot is much softer.

For a troublesome compress, applying it to the soles of your feet while you sleep yields similar benefits. I'm pleased that my abdomen feels clean and my leg swelling has diminished. The Palma Christi, Castor Oil, 32 fl oz (960 ml). These four bottles seem to have a stronger odour and taste than the one I purchased at the health store, which was disappointing. However, I used this product for an allergic reaction on my face, which caused blisters that collapsed and itched; even a steroid injection and two courses of steroid pills were ineffective. The castor oil cleared it up within a week! I’m thoroughly convinced by this product.

Miracle Oil! This oil possesses super properties. I rub my chest with the oil heated to 70 degrees; you can wrap it with film and even add honey if there’s no allergy. The cough passes faster and becomes productive. I drink plenty of water when I cough to stay healthy. You can also use compresses on joint areas for relief, seeing you can manage without other medications.

Super! The castor oil is of excellent quality and aids in detoxification and general recovery during colds. It can be used for children and significantly helped with a chronic cough and bronchitis. To use: 1. Prepare a piece of flannel for you or your child. 2. Warm the oil in a steam bath. 3. Soak the cloth in the oil, cooling if necessary. 4.
