Cold pressed castor oil is fantastic! I used it to relieve pain and inflammation from a ruptured tendon. After wrapping my foot in it and applying warmth, I noticed significant improvement in swelling and pain after just one night. By day five, the pain was markedly less, and a patch of eczema that had endured for years disappeared completely!
