This is the best magnesium there is! Most Americans are deficient in magnesium, which aids many medical issues, including insomnia. Magnesium glycinate is the only form that doesn't cause diarrhoea for me, and since I began taking it, my restless leg symptoms have vanished, I experience less neuropathy in my legs, and I sleep better. If I stop taking it, my symptoms return, confirming its effectiveness.
