Great product! I typically use Organic India, but their turmeric product is currently unavailable. The Himalaya product seems to be working well. I also use it for sore knees after many years of running.

My husband took this, and I noticed my knees began to creak. Initially sceptical, I am pleased that they stopped crunching after taking it. I certainly feel the benefit, and since the powder is in capsule form, the taste is unnoticeable.
