My mum can't live without these. She has suffered from severe leg cramps and spasms for years, often causing her to cry out in pain. I rush to grab these when I hear her. After about 30 minutes, she can finally breathe and relax. If these don’t help, seeing a doctor is necessary as they are usually very effective.

Stops cramping quickly
IT REALLY WORKED! I suffer from terrible thigh and leg cramps, particularly at night, and have previously required much stronger medications. The ointment from Hyland is helpful as an adjunct, but this pill really stopped the cramping within 2-3 minutes. A hot compress is also beneficial.

Great help at night
Relief! After breaking my leg, my main issue was leg cramps that would hit as I was falling asleep. These have been a significant help! I take a dose at the first sign of cramps, and they mostly eliminate my leg cramps. Give them a try!
