Great product, helps me a lot

I have been using this product for several years as well as their X-Flam. I started using them when my doctor suggested the product for my digestion issues. He usually put me on one at a time interchangeably. I guess that was so my body did not used to one and and stop working as well. Would highly recommend this product if constipation and hard stools are giving you trouble. Of course any Probiotic/prebiotic will take some time to work, but this product works well
