Best iron supplement! I faced iron issues due to heavy periods and a miscarriage, struggling to maintain normal levels. I initially tried over-the-counter iron pills, taking three a day which helped a bit but caused constipation. With Integra, I only take one pill a day alongside one over-the-counter, significantly raising my iron levels without constipation or side effects.

Well tolerated and feeling better! My blood work improved quickly. At $13 a month, it’s a great price compared to pharmacies. If a doctor has advised you to take iron, this one works without causing constipation.

The best! This is the finest iron supplement I've had; its non-constipating formula prevents both anaemia and constipation. Following my gastric bypass, it's easily absorbed and gentle on the stomach. As a nurse, I frequently recommend it to my patients.
