Thank goodness for this iodine supplement! Without it and my Solgar liquid vitamin B complex supplement my body would just shut down and have zero energy. I emailed J. I only experienced one day of detox symptoms which included nausea. I drank warm Celtic sea salt water and the symptoms subsided pretty quickly. So many people are iodine deficient and they don't even know it. I'm so glad I discovered this and I am taking it regularly. It truly makes a big difference in my energy and well-being!
