I know it worked on my skin and joints. Astaxanthin is said to aid your skin, eyes, and joints. While I can't judge its effect on my eyes, I noticed significant improvement in my skin. I experienced a bad breakout of adult acne—several pimples and whiteheads—but now I have just one whitehead that's gradually disappearing since I began taking these pills. I haven't employed any topical treatments, so I'm confident the results stem from these pills. Additionally, the discomfort in my right leg has vanished after more than a month of pain. I’ve been taking one pill daily for two weeks, and I noticed results within the first week. I definitely recommend these pills as effective and plan to purchase more in the future, depending on my symptoms.
