Severe allergy reactions
Dangerous product. Vitamins are certainly potent, but quite allergenic. I struggled to comprehend the connection between taking them and my allergic episodes. After consuming one tablet daily for about 80 days, I experienced severe allergic reactions to Niacin, including blisters, shortness of breath, and fatigue for a few hours. I only realised that these were caused by the vitamins three times. It seemed there was no correlation regarding when I ate or took them. The last episode occurred after a substantial meal. The form of Niacin in this product is particularly allergenic, unlike the other Niacin I take from Garden of Life which doesn't cause any reactions.
