Zinc reduces diarrhea, colds in infants
We investigated the impact of daily multivitamin and zinc supplementation on the health of Tanzanian infants. In our randomized, double-blind study involving 2,400 infants, we compared the effects of these supplements against a placebo over 18 months.

Our findings revealed that while zinc significantly reduced occurrences of diarrhea and acute respiratory infections, multivitamins did not provide additional benefits. Ultimately, zinc supplementation starting at 6 weeks may be beneficial for reducing some common illnesses in infants, but multivitamins did not show any significant positive impact.

Hair loss reduction
57 people found this helpful
I purchased this B complex to combat hair loss. After a month of use, my hair stopped falling out as much, although I still experience some spots during critical days. My nails are also stronger and have stopped splitting. I took it with zinc and had no side effects. It combines well with other supplements. If you find this review helpful, please click 'Yes' below.

Nails and hair improved
4 people found this helpful
I did not develop any pimples after taking these vitamins right after dinner. I noticed my nails grew quickly and I had new hair on my head. My mood also stabilised, likely due to the B vitamins. Additionally, my hair loss reduced by 70% (I also used a special shampoo for oily hair). I will certainly continue with this course in a year, as it is convenient to take just one tablet a day.
