We explored the effects of riboflavin and biotin deficiencies in premature twins, who initially presented with skin rashes among other severe symptoms. After being diagnosed, one twin began supplementation with these vitamins.

Remarkably, this led to a quick improvement in clinical condition and laboratory findings within days. Though one twin experienced tragic complications resulting in death, the surviving twin went home in stable condition, highlighting the importance of addressing vitamin deficiencies early.

We looked into how isoniazid exposure affects the risk of developing pellagra—a condition characterized by a distinct rash—among nutritionally vulnerable populations in Malawi. Our case-control study suggested that taking isoniazid significantly increases this risk.

Interestingly, those who discontinued isoniazid and began a treatment regimen of multi-B vitamins experienced noticeable improvement in their rash within just 30 days. This emphasizes the potential benefit of incorporating niacin when administering isoniazid, particularly in populations at risk for nutrition-related issues.

Works! I have hormonal skin issues, with small rashes, peeling, and dry skin on my arms and legs resulting in cracks, and creams haven't been effective. A month ago, I began taking a vitamin complex, and my skin has transformed! There are no rashes before my critical days, my face has an even tone, acne scars have almost faded, and I've stopped experiencing cracking and peeling! While I also take omega, I didn't observe such results before. It's essential to take these vitamins after a meal, as I experienced redness and heat when taking one on an empty stomach. I now avoid that, and I'm very pleased with the results.

Rashes completely disappeared
Excellent vitamins! I take a Vitamin B complex annually for 3-4 months, especially during stressful times. My hair was falling out due to stress and Covid, but in three weeks, I've noticed it falling out 2-3 times less, and there are no hairs left on the comb. My hair regains shine, nails are stronger, and rashes have completely disappeared. I'm confident the zinc and sulfur have contributed to these improvements.

The effect isn't obvious at first, but I've realised after a month that I've been mistaken. My facial rashes before menstruation have disappeared, and significantly, the drying of my hands has ceased! Previously, my fingers had numerous small cracks, but now only slight dryness remains on my right index finger, which I can bear. Overall, I’ve noticed many benefits from taking these vitamins.

Fewer rashes observed

A good vitamin complex I ordered for the first time, based on reviews and the bioavailability of its components. All vitamins are in absorbable forms. I didn't experience any side effects from niacin, unlike what others report. Urine is bright golden, as expected from vitamin B. Although I can't yet speak to results, I've already noticed my son has fewer facial rashes. I initially took these vitamins to reduce hair loss and facial rashes.

Less rash experienced
I had heard that sikindago helps control rash and reduces sebum secretion. After 20 days, I've noticed a significant reduction in rashes. My skin feels incredibly sensitive, but I'm determined to continue taking the health supplements.

Niacin flush experienced
A good supplement, but don’t forget to eat beforehand to avoid niacin flush! I haven’t used it much, but it has a great B-vitamin ratio, and the capsules contain no nasty ingredients. My first experience was unfortunate as I forgot to eat and experienced a massive rash across my body accompanied by nausea. This lasted half an hour. I advise taking it after a substantial meal to avoid this effect.

Rash as side effect
This product is good quality, but for me, it caused the side effect of a rash all over my body, so I stopped taking it immediately. I read this can be one of the side effects.

No rash or allergy
It has a funny smell, but I believe all B vitamins do. I can take it anytime, and it doesn't give me a rash or any allergic reaction. My daughter, however, takes it with food and experiences redness and itching for about 20-25 minutes. Reactions depend on individual tolerance to niacin, which may cause such effects. Overall, this B-complex supplement is full of beneficial ingredients.
