Magnesium helps maintain

The magnesium source in this otherwise good formula is poor. As someone who is chronically ill, I am meticulous about supplements. Finding a bone-building formula has been essential. This magnesium oxide draws water into the stool, providing a laxative effect, which helps with my constipation. If you're prone to diarrhoea, you may want to consider other options.
