Diarrhoea may worsen
2 people found this helpful
This formula has good ingredients, but it's a poor source of magnesium. Using magnesium oxide is problematic as it has a laxative effect and can worsen diarrhoea. If you struggle with loose stools, consider looking for another supplement, particularly one with better absorbed magnesium.
