Fertility reasons and tips!

I took this little magic pill for fertility reasons. This info is hard to find online so hoping other women here for fertility can benefit from this too. Your are supposed to take this ONLY from 2 days post ovulation (DPO) until 5 or 6 DPO. Any sooner can cause you to not ovulate, or longer can cause miscarriage but it's said to take down swelling and allow the baby to attach to the lining of your uterus. Take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for an hour or so. If you take with food it is not an anti-inflammatory but only a digestive aid. It worked for me the first month along with using pre-seed lubricant. I felt good on this stuff too. Less pain overall and actually some good energy from it surprisingly. Good luck

Great anti-inflammatory benefits with significant reduction in pain!

I suffer from severe chronic pain resulting from nerve damage after 4 left shoulder surgeries. I have been on narcotics for years with very little relief from my constant pain. I have constant upper back spasms from neck injuries after 2 auto accidents. I cannot take steroids or any anti-inflammatory due to severe side effects (atrial fibrillation from steroids & GI bleeding from anti-inflammatory meds). I took 1 tablet with my evening meal & noticed a significant reduction in my pain within 4 hours. My muscle spasms are much worse in the evenings which prevents me from sleeping. I slept better last night then I have slept in years because the muscle spasms were almost completely alleviated after taking my PM dose of this supplement along with my magnesium glycinate supplement (great for muscle spasms). The next morning it was a dramatic reduction in AM stiffness & pain. I also noticed that my spring allergy symptoms were much better. No nasal stuffiness whatsoever the next morning. I normally can hardly breathe through my nose even with allergy nasal sprays & oral meds because my nasal passages are so swollen & irritated. This seems to work very well for me. I take a lot of herbal supplements as I normally have less side effects from herbal supplements than from prescription meds. I also take Pau D'Arco & Cats Claw which both have anti-inflammatory properties. I have responded very well to those 2 herbal supplements also

Aaaaahmaaazing! Helped with swelling

These pineapple extract supplements are simply amazing. I recently (6 weeks ago) had a tummy tuck, 4 areas of lipo and a breast lift. Been trying everything for the swelling (lyphatic drainage supplements, ibuprofen) didn't help, but once these came in the mail, I took one. Within the hour or less noticed a dramatic difference in my swelling of my torso. I definitely can see the definition of my tummy tuck more. These also helped my friend who twisted her ankle and her swelling and pain wasn't going away, she ended up buying some. I gave my sister some to try for her budging disc that has been bothering her for 2 weeks, it also helped her. This is my go to forever now. Going to get more for sure and share it on FB

This is a high quality product produced by Jarrow. I use many Jarrow products because of the quality. I always take bromelain before and after any plastic surgery procedure or surgery and it helps me with swelling and inflammation

I use this for hip joint pain, it seems to help.

Back in October of 2013 my Chiropractor recommended Bromelain for helping inflammation in my hip & SI joints. i'm in a very rural location & our local heath-food store really overcharges on everything they sell. So, thank goodness for Amazon! I have been using the Jarrow Brand, 1 500 mg (1000 gdu) tablet every morning on an empty stomach since October 1013 & it has really helped so that I don't need any pain killers like aspirin or Advil any more. One thing about this Brand, I sometimes order 2 bottles at a time & sometimes the label says 1000 gdu per tablet & sometimes it says 500 mg per tablet. I contacted the company about that & even though the labels are a bit diffrent, it is the same product with the same UPC code & the amount/potency is the same. in other words: 1000 gdu = 500 mg

I really wish this product didn't contain this inactive ingredient. I have bad reactions to it

Helps digestion.

Before I bought this, I knew bromelain helps digestion, but I read reviews that say it helps with inflammation and joint pain. I thought I would give it a try. After 30 days of use, I cannot say that it does definitely help with joint pain, but anything that reduces inflammation is good, and maybe I need to be patient to see results. It definitely does help with digestion and heartburn. The capsules are large but not too difficult to swallow, although I have to use juice or milk. Update to previous review: After using this product for several weeks, my husband and I both noticed a difference in our joints, mostly knees and ankles, although for me, hips and back as well. We ran out of this product and I didn't buy more, and within 2 days my husband was telling me how badlly his ankles ached after work. Back on the Bromelain, no aching. It does work and I recommend it

great product

Had eye surgery, so two weeks before surgery i took this product and did not have any bruising around my eyes. I would recommend this to anyone getting any type of eye surgery

I did some research and came across Bromelain..It is supposed to have natural ant-inflammatory abilities. I have some sort of rheumatoid disorder going on in addition to scoliosis and herniated lumbar discs. This has helped me reduce the amount of Narcotic pain meds I have to take (I'm down to 1 a day now from 4 a day) I really like Jarrow product
