Great anti-inflammatory benefits with significant pain reduction! I suffer from chronic pain due to nerve damage and constant upper back spasms from previous injuries. I use this for hip joint pain and it seems to help. Recommended by my chiropractor to combat inflammation in my hip and SI joints, I have been using it every morning and no longer need painkillers like aspirin or Advil. It has significantly reduced my back pain and inflammation.

Knee pain assistance

My husband thinks this product is helping his knee pain, but it hasn't worked for his back pain as it might be muscular. I haven't started taking it yet but am hopeful it will assist with some related issues.
