Excellent bromelain at 1000 GDU per tablet. Initially, I was sceptical about taking bromelain in pill form, but these high-quality pills are easier to swallow than capsules. Overall, it effectively thins the blood and reduces inflammation slightly. Although this product is a weaker option compared to another brand with 2400 GDU per gram, the difference is minimal, considering it has 1000 GDU per tablet versus 1200 GDU from the other. Overall, this is a good medication, and I can confidently recommend it.
